HOLLIS, Aaron, 23, 108 Falmouth Landing Road, Falmouth; unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, learner’s permit violation on March 9 in Falmouth. Hearing scheduled for June 5.

HOLYOKE, Katelynn, 20, 560 Bradford Street, Abington; assault and battery on December 12 2011 in Falmouth. Dismissed upon payment received by May 18.

JOHNSON, Kellie, 41, 16 Danvers Way, Hyannis; annoying telephone calls on February 15 2011 in Bourne. Dismissed upon payment received by May 7 2012.

MURPHY-BARROWS, Corey, 22, 70 Parsons Lane, Falmouth; larceny of a credit card, larceny over $250, identity fraud on September 7 2011 in Falmouth. Dismissed due to failure of witness to cooperate.

ZNOTIN, Nathaniel, 19, 507 Rte 6 A, Sandwich; operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, destruction of property over $250, possession of alcohol on a person under age 21 on December 9 2011 in Bourne. Insufficient evidence of a public way, probation until October 2 2012, with 40 hours community service.
