KELLEY, Bonnie J, 47, 71 Capt Bacon Rd, S. Yarmouth; assault & battery, February 4 in Yarmouth.  Dismissed.

LEE, Damian C, 32, 117 Great Western Rd, W. Yarmouth; larceny over $250 by false pretenses, amended to larceny under $250 by false pretenses, January 3 in Barnstable.  Admitted to sufficient facts.  Continued without a finding, continued for payment until October 8.  Restitution.

SCHERER, Sam, 25, 25 Pinepoint Rd, Wellfleet; larceny from a person 65+, November 29 2011 in Yarmouth.  Guilty plea.  Guilty finding.  Eighteen months house of correction, twenty-two days credit; committed.

TOLEDO, Francisco F, 41, 9 Suffolk Ave, Hyannis; two counts, assault & battery with a dangerous weapon; two counts, assault & battery, September 14 2011 in Barnstable.  Both counts assault & battery with a dangerous weapon, guilty finding without change in ("not guilty") plea.  Both filed.  Both counts, assault & battery, guilty plea.  Guilty finding.  One year house of correction on each count, concurrent; suspended until April 9 2014.  Probation until April 9 2014.  Restitution.

WELSH, Justin L, 27, 802 State Rte 28, Harwichport; assault & battery; vandalizing property, December 18 2011 in Barnstable.  Both counts dismissed.
