PPD arrests: May 2-3, six arrests, attempting to commit a crime, malicious destruction of property

Calls between May 2 and May 3 included 27 ambulance calls, two motor vehicle accidents,  10 disturbances, seven robberies, seven fire calls,  two fraud complaints, one harassment complaint and one sex offense.

Juvenile,  arrested on Wednesday, May 2, 2012 at  7:48 p.m. on Ship Pond Road on a charge of malicious destruction of property over $250.

Jason Steidle,  32, 403 Washington St., Whitman, arrested on Thursday, May 3, 2012 at  12:59 p.m. on Market Street on charges of one way street violation, no inspection sticker, possession of a class A substance and two warrants.

Megan D. Butler,  32, 49 Woodhaven St., Carver, arrested on Thursday, May 3, 2012 at  7:48 p.m. on Town Wharf on charges  of speeding and operating under the influence.

James D. Close,  32, 49 Woodhaven St., Carver, arrested on Thursday, May 3, 2012 at  7:48 p.m. on Town Wharf on charges  of speeding and operating under the influence.

James A Greene,  49, 109 Cypress St., Plymouth arrested on Thursday, May 3, 2012 at  10:06 p.m. on Cypress Street on two warrants.

Richard J. Santos,  61, 132 Sandwich St., Plymouth arrested on Friday, May 4, 2012 at  1:24  a.m. on Park Avenue on charges of malicious destruction of property over $250, breaking into a depository, possession of burglarious instruments and attempting to commit a crime.
