48-pg internal investigation report against Officer Bondarek is very damaging

By  Samantha McGrath

Allow me to clear up ANY confusion. Lt. Guillemette's 48 pg internal investigation report against Officer Bondarek is very damaging to Bondarek to say the LEAST and also makes it clear that Bondarek knew very well the MOTHER of ONE OF THE WITNESSES and had coached that WITNESS. Because I do not wish to involve this boy further, I will not reveal his mother's name.

P.D. Chief Wack repeatedly point out the discrepancies in Bondarek's testimonyThroughout Guillemette's report and multiple interviews with Bondarek, Guillemette and Chief Wack repeatedly point out the discrepancies in Bondarek's testimony. Further, Guillemette himself makes it VERY CLEAR in his report that he believes my brother was under arrest from the moment he walked in the door just as my family has stated, despite Bondarek's story otherwise.

Furthermore, the report reveals that this is NOT Officer Bondarek's first internal investigation and one in which he lied about a complainant's allegations against him. Guillemette's internal investigation and subsequent report demonstrates that Officer Brian Bondarek, who couldn't even explain to his superiors what triggers a Miranda, is a perpetual liar who committed perjury and an incompetent police officer - Chief Wack and the Town of Sandwich have certainly been placed on notice of THAT.

Bondarek's despicable accusation that my family saw dollars signs after the Motion to Suppress Hearing went "bad"To respond to Bondarek's despicable accusation that my family saw dollars signs after the Motion to Suppress Hearing went "bad" and that's why we filed a complaint against him, I say this: Bondarek, we won the Motion To Suppress Hearing and it went EXACTLY the way it should have, given your perjurous testimony and the facts before Judge ONeil. We didn't see dollar signs, we saw a corrupt police officer willing to deny a citizen his civil rights, commit perjury and destroy an innocent boy's life. THAT'S why my family filed a complaint against you and THAT'S why my family is looking forward to presenting our story and the findings of your own department's internal investigation of you in our civil suit. Hope I've cleared things up for everyone.
