Falmouth's FCTV to televise live Assembly of Delegates debate

First ever televised Assembly of Delegates debate to air October 23

Falmouth Assembly of Delegates incumbent Julia Taylor and her challenger Andrew Putnam.FCTV, Falmouth's community cable access channel will air a live debate between the town's two candidates for Assembly of Delegates on Tuesday, October 23 at 7 p.m.  The live debate between Assembly Delegate Member Julia Taylor and her opponent Andrew Putnam will be televised from the studio in Falmouth. There will be no live audience in the studio during the debate.

Putnam is currently serving as a Town Meeting Member for Precinct 9 and the chairman of the town's Affirmative Action Committee. Taylor is currently serving in the Twelfth Session of the Assembly of Delegates, representing Falmouth.

The Assembly of Delegates is the legislative branch of Barnstable County. Each of the fifteen towns of Cape Cod is represented in the Delegation. Delegates are elected by voters in their town to a two-year term. To learn more about the Assembly of Delegates, click here.
