Richard Haugh makes State Police Most Wanted list

Used alias: Heinz Reuchlin, Charles Briel, Henry Briel and Paul Briel

BELMONT - The long-gone 71-year-old founder of the Falmouth Academy, Dr. Richard Haugh has been on the lam for twenty years.

His fellow founders at the school say he never had anything to do with the school after he and others founded it.

After helping to start the school in 36 years ago he left the Cape and moved to Belmont where he was arrested for child rape, made bond and has been on the run for the last two decades.

The State Police hope putting him on the current Most Wanted list will result in his apprehension.
