Playful and all (double) paws, meet Jake

This friendly tabby would love to be adopted with his pal Izzy
Jake is a friendly and playful young lad. People for Cats photo.

Jake is a very sweet orange and white medium hair male. He is a medium-sized one-year-old, with beautiful big green eyes. His color pattern is a marmalade tabby with white fur on his face, chest, tummy, and paws.

Additionally, this boy is polydactyl (double-pawed) on all four of his paws, giving the impression of having large snowshoes as paws.

This sweetheart is a total love, rolling over and squirming around to get more attention and pets. He is everything one could want in a young kitty, very friendly and quite playful. Jake is just so sweet that he makes your heart melt when he looks at you. He was surrendered to the shelter along with his friend Izzy when their owners lost their home and could not take the kitties with them. Izzy is a sweet, small, 5-year-old white with black medium hair female. Since Jake and Izzy are bonded, we would like to place them together in the same home. So come see if these sweethearts would be welcome additions to your family.

If you would like to visit with this handsome charmer, or one of our other equally adorable kitties, come in to the shelter at 44 Beagle Lane in Teaticket. We are open to the public on Wednesdays from 4 to 6 p.m., Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., or call our hotline for an appointment. Hotline: 508-540-5654.
