South Yarmouth Library book sale set for July 19

Dealers and donors welcome

The South Yarmouth Library Association will hold their annual summer book sale on Saturday, July 19 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. A special members-only preview will be held the night before on Friday, July 18 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Dealers who are association members are welcome to participate in the sale. Attendees will be able to join or renew their membership during the special preview.

Donations to the book sale are also welcome, according to a release from the library. Donations may be dropped off at the South Yarmouth Library at 312 Old Main Street in South Yarmouth on July 10, 11, 16 and 17 during open hours.

The library book store in the Cape Cod Room will be closed beginning Monday, July 14 through the end of the sale and used as a collection point for donations. The library's book store carries a wide selection of hardcover books, paperback books, CDs and books on tapes. For a list of items appropriate to donate, visit the book store's page here.

Annual membership dues in the South Yarmouth Library Association are $10 for individuals, $5 seniors, $5 students, $20 families, $100 benefactors and $100 businesses/organizations. A membership application is available at the town hall, the library and online here. The South Yarmouth Library Association was formed in 1908.
