On Friday, July 31 at 9:30 a.m., the Falmouth Public Library will present Breakfast with the Authors. The free event features four local authors, two of whom, Troy Clarkson and Christopher Setterlund, maintain blogs on CapeCodToday.com.

A light buffet breakfast will be followed at 10 a.m. by presentations by each of the four Cape Cod storytellers.

Longtime Falmouth resident Troy Clarkson will discuss his new book Succanessett Snapshot, an enjoyable collection of all things Falmouth.

Christopher Setterlund, a twelfth generation Cape Codder, will discuss some favorite spots on Cape Cod included in his book , In My Footsteps.

Cape Codder Kathleen Brunelle will talk about her book, Highfield & Tanglewood, a history of the Beebe family's 19th century summer mansions in Falmouth.

Falmouth resident Les Garrick will discuss his book, Historic Hatchville, which traces the area's history following the first Hatch settler in 1740.

Eight Cousins Bookstore will have each of the authors' books available for sale at the event.
