Falmouth police seek public's help in locating wanted felon

FALMOUTH - Falmouth police are seeking the public's assistance in locating a wanted felony. According to a Falmouth police release, there are several active felony warrants for 44-year-old David D. Rose. The charges against Rose include trafficking in heroin/morphine/opium, possession of ammunition without an FID card, assault to intimidate, intimidation of a witness/juror/police/court official, conspiracy to violate drug laws, threat to commit a crime and disorderly conduct.

Rose is a black male with a medium build, 5'8", 270 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. 

The subject has multiple tattoos including the words "cabo verde" (translation: Cape Verde) on his neck and "life" over his right eyelid and "death" over his left eyelid. There is also a circular tattoo between his eyebrows as seen in the provided 2008 booking photo.
