2015 Summer Reading Program kicks off soon, heroes wanted

Cape kids encouraged to sign up at the library

Summer is almost here and that means it is almost time for kids to sign up for this year's summer reading program. For 2015, the Collaborative Summer Library Program unveiled the theme "Every Hero Has a Story" for young readers. The theme for teens is "Unmask!".

As part of the summer reading program, both year-round and visiting children are encouraged to sign up, take part in the many fun and interesting events that are planned and of course, read.

The sign-up (end of June), events, contests and prizes vary from library to library within the CLAMS system (Cape Libraries Automated Materials Sharing) and at the Sandwich Public LIbrary which is not part of the CLAMS system.
