The Town of Harwich is looking to remove a garage and an ancillary addition from a town-owned property on Main Street. The structures are located at the Albro House at 728 Main Street.

Anyone interested in either moving the structures to a different location or removing the garage structure materials to be reconstructed at a different site, should contact Harwich Town Engineer Robert Cafarelli at [email protected] or 508-430-7508 by Friday, October 16. Interested parties are asked to determine whether or not the removal is practical and possible before submitting a proposal to the town.

The accepted proposal must meet all requirements set forth by the Harwich Building Commissioner and the applicable state and federal agencies.

The move must also be done at no cost to the Town of Harwich.

The removal of the structures must be done within 30 days of October 16.
