The West Yarmouth Congregational Church, 383 Main St. (Route 28) will present its annual Christmas Fair on Saturday, December 3, from 10 to 3 in the sanctuary and on all three elevator-accessible levels of the Parish Center attached to the church.

The basement level of the parish center with its entrance directly from the parking lot will feature delicious foods with a homemade baked goods table and Hot Spot with portioned casseroles and “comfort food” dinner items to eat in or to take out.  Additional light luncheon items and  beverages will be available.

The first floor level will host a Country Kitchen with jellies, cheeses, fudge, Vermont cheddar cheese, preserves, salsas and dips.  There will also be gifts of crafted ornaments, hand knits, original jewelry, original notecards, and  hundreds of warm winter outerwear accessories.   First floor will also feature a room of fresh handmade holiday greenery… centerpieces, hostess gift arrangements, door swags, decorated white Christmas pumpkins, along with hand-painted/crafted tree ornaments.  There will also be a 50/50 raffle and Sparkling Glass Tree raffle.  The popular Repeat Boutique will feature fine clothing,

Second floor of the parish center will include Cookie Country with choose-your-own Christmas cookie assortments, and Jewelry Junction with desirable vintage jewelry.

The sanctuary will accommodate a Silent Auction of collectibles, antiques and gift certificates along with the sale of Attic Treasures which will include gently used higher-end toys.

After visiting the fair, check out the church’s well stocked and staffed Thrift Shop.  Its separate entrance is from the front of the church, down the stairs to the right of the sanctuary.
