Cape Cod Chorale begins its 34th year of singing magnificent music with Viva Vivaldi ! The concert features two major works, the popular, beloved Gloria and the lesser known Magnificat.  Both works are accompanied by chamber orchestra and feature soprano Sierra Marcy and mezzo soprano Lisa Hadley, both active soloists in Boston.

The audience will be invited to sing along with some familiar carols, and this year, for the first time, we feature “Pop-Up Hallelujah!”  If you have sung in a chorus or choir and know Handel’s famous Hallelujah chorus from Messiah, you are invited to join the Chorale on stage and sing this beloved piece.  Bring your Messiah score, or we will provide the music for this chorus.

Cape Cod Chorale is directed by Danica A. Buckley, Music Director, and accompanied by Cathy Bonnett, piano.

Performances are Saturday, December 10th at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday, December 11th at 4:00 p.m.  Both are held at the First Church of Christ, 136 Main St., Sandwich

Tickets:  General Admission $20 / Ages 18 and under free.  Tickets available online at www.capacodchorale.org or at the door.  For information, call (508)0420-3659
