Soups and sweaters holiday party at Castle Hill

Feeling bored? Uninspired by life? Do you need four cups of coffee just to break the monotony of the 9 to 5? Have we got a party for you! There is one special day in December that will alleviate these common maladies: National Ugly Christmas Sweater Day on Friday, December 16th.  

Truro Center for the Arts at Castle Hill will be holding its annual Winter Holiday Party on Friday, December 16th from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. This year’s theme is “Soup and Sweaters” , which will celebrate the warmth of the Cape community in the midst of the coming winter season - and also national ugly sweater day! National Ugly Christmas or Hanukkah Sweater Day is about proudly sporting your favorite ugly Christmas or Hanukkah sweater for the entire day...regardless of circumstances .

Tickets are $20 per person. Enjoy delicious locally made soup from Cosmos Catering and receive your own one-of-a-kind, handmade ceramic mug by Ceramic Program Manager Brian Taylor to take home.

There will be a silent auction in the main gallery with great holiday gifts and original artwork, all proceeds from the auction will go directly to the Joyce Johnson Residency Program. DJ Johnny Mark will keep the music going, so you can dance the night away. What better way to spend your Friday night than enjoying some wine, delicious soup, reconnecting with friends and supporting a great cause?
