Cape Cod Community College invites the public to its Hyannis Center this Friday from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. to meet noted author and therapist Sherianna Boyle, and learn ways to de-stress, and mindfully conquer anxiety.
Sherianna Boyle is an Adjunct Psychology Professor and Yoga Instructor at CCCC. She is the author of six books. Her book The Four Gifts of Anxiety has been endorsed by The National Association of Mental Health. The Conscious Parenting Guide to Childhood Anxiety has been in the top 10 for Barnes and Noble and her latest book Mantras Made Easy is being released this month.
Thanks to a generous grant from Cape Cod Healthcare, Sherianna will lead Yoga for Everyone at 9 a.m., and Intro to Meditation seminar at 10:30 a.m. The College’s Hyannis Center is just off Main Street, directly behind Colombo’s restaurant.
A variety of “De-Stress” seminars and classes are running at the College’s West Barnstable campus this week. The public is welcome to participate and learn to beat life’s stress and anxiety, at no charge.
