Osterville Village Library offers free tax prep

AARP Tax Aide will help seniors with returns

Osterville Village Library will offer free preparation and electronic filing of Federal and Massachusetts income taxes starting in February. AARP Tax-aide, in conjunction with the IRS, provides certified volunteers to help low and middle income taxpayers.

Telephone requests for appointments will be accepted starting on January 23. Clients must bring Social Security ID and a copy of their 2015 income tax return. The program is not designed for complex returns. OVL phone is 508-420-0550.

The Osterville Village Library is located at 43 Wianno Avenue in Osterville Village, and is one of the seven libraries in Barnstable, MA.
