Former Harwich man's child porn case goes to trial in April

Jason Andolina remains in Federal Marshals custody
Jason Andolina, formerly of Harwich, will face trial on child pornography charges in Federal court at Pensacola, Florida on April 2nd.

Uxbridge resident, Harwich High School graduate and accused child porn distributor Jason Andolina goes to trial April 2nd in Pensacola, Florida.

Andolina was transferred to Florida after a judge there overruled a Massachusetts judge who had planned to send him to his parents' Harwich home under strict bail conditions.

Federal court records indicate that the court proceedings will commence on April 2nd.

Andolina, a former Cub Scout leader and high school instructional assistant, was arrested last month after a multi-month investigation by federal authorities.  The trial is held in Pensacola as that court has original jurisdiction in Andolina's case.
