People for Cats: Meet Lilly Mae

Stunning Torbie female, only four years old
Lillie Mae is a four year old Torbie female who wants to show you her "tortitude". PFC photo.

Lilly Mae is a very pretty tortoiseshell/tabby combination known as a torbie. This 4-year old has a tabby coat pattern with some orange coloration mixed in. Her most beautiful big sea-glass green eyes calmly assess her surroundings and the visitors that come into her suite. Lilly Mae will sit on your lap and allow some limited petting. She also can be quite playful. Lilly Mae is a very independent kitty and likes to meet the world on her own terms which is typical of her breed and why torbies have a lot of fans and are often said to have “tortitude”. So if you would like to share your abode with an independent kitty, this girl might just be the cat for you.

If you would like to visit with Lilly Mae or some of our other equally lovely cats, come into the shelter at 44 Beagle Lane in Teaticket.
