Prince Cove Marina Bulkhead Work Starts Monday

Area will be closed from March 13th to as late as May 1st

The Barnstable Department of Public Works issued the following statement today:

Work will begin on the reconstruction of the Prince Cove Marina bulkhead. The area will be closed from March 13, 2017 until approximately May 1, 2017. The bulkhead will be reconstructed with sheet pilings, concrete and other facilities. No access to the bulkhead
will be available during construction.

The boat ramp and associated parking will remain open during construction. Residents should avoid the bulkhead construction area.

Questions regarding marine activities in the area should be directed to the Marine and Environmental Affairs Division at 508-790-6273.
