Job #1 – Job Placement Specialist - Mid Cape Full Time: The Job Placement Specialist will consult with Vocational Rehabilitation Counselors to assess and evaluate the job-readiness of consumers, analyze skills and abilities for correct employment matches. Make recommendations to proceed with job referral process. Identify accommodations and training needed that may be required within the work place. Requires a Master's degree or higher in Rehabilitation Counseling from (CORE) accredited university program, or a certification as a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) by the Commission of Rehabilitation Counselor Certification or licensure as a Licensed Rehabilitation Counselor and two years of full-time or equivalent part-time experience in vocational counseling and job placement. Salary is $56,398.16 to $76,941.28 depending on experience and full benefits. Job #2 – Healthcare Supervisor – Mid Cape Full Time: Provides direct care and training in relevant health topics for staff and clients, as needed. Coordinates medical services with each participants’ primary physician or medical clinic. Oversees all health care services provided to program participants. Participates in the ongoing interdisciplinary evaluation and review of each participants needs and status. Obtains reports and approval of treatment plans from primary physicians. Registered Nurse licensed by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing. Minimum 1 year prior experience in a community health setting. Must be able to effectively communicate in both Valid driver’s license in the state of Massachusetts required. Successful completion of all state and Agency mandated trainings required upon hire. Successful completion of Medication Administration Training certification required upon hire. Must be compassionate and patient.
