A Search for Self Esteem in Worlds of Terror: Readings in the Fiction of Kazuo Ishiguro

6 Tuesdays, March 21, 28, April 4, 11, 18, 25. Time: 4:00-6:00PM at the Wellfleet Public Library

This seminar will focus on the work of Kazuo Ishiguro, who has been acknowledged as one of the finest modern British authors. Four notable novels will be discussed and three films derived from these novels will be shown: "The Remains of the Day, " "The White Countess,” and "Never Let Me Go."

Cate Myers, who will be leading the discussion, was educated at Bryn Mawr College, Oxford, and Brown University, and served as dean and provost at Manhattanville College.

Registration is at the Wellfleet Library, $5 fee.
