Job #1 – Associate QA Analyst – Upper Cape Full Time: This position is designed for an individual who has no prior experience in QA, but demonstrates the aptitude and ability to train into a QA Analyst position. Primary responsibility is to learn the standard QA processes and procedures within the QA department, and assist the QA Analysts in providing quality web pages and interfaces to internal and external clients. High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office products SQL and/or Access database experience preferred. Excellent oral and written English communication skills. Must have a passion for software testing and finding bugs in software prior to deployment Highly organized self-starter with demonstrated attention to detail.
Job #2 – Customer Service Representative – Mid Cape Full Time: A full spectrum of administrative/clerical duties, including executive support, data logs, invoicing, document preparation, upkeep of the building, answering multiple phone lines, and greeting customers. Will need to be able to coordinate travel/lodging, catering, rental cars, fuel orders, and ground services for aircraft. Ensure the facility is in strict adherence to federal, state, and local rules and regulations regarding general aviation. Creating customer loyalty through personalized service to each passenger and crew member - Assisting line service crew in preparing for the arrival and departure of planes and working as a team. Must be able to work weekends and have flexible schedule; Have great interpersonal skills; Have a professional demeanor & exceptional phone skills; Be computer literate; Be able to complete full background check and random drug testing and have a valid driver's license.
