Job #1 - Provider Support Specialist – Mid Cape Full Time: The Provider Support Specialist, either directly or in collaboration with other agency staff, delivers appropriate, efficient services to educators and early education programs. Regular tasks include accurately processing billing and reimbursements for providers that accept the state child care voucher. Other tasks include, but are not limited to, monitoring of participating providers’ administrative activities and working with them to resolve any issues; identifying gaps in child care capacity within the service delivery area; recruiting providers; connecting providers with appropriate early education and care best practices resources and information; and offering technical assistance on QRIS, EECC initiatives, regulations and policies. A high school degree or an equivalent and documented training in business/business administration required. A degree in Business or affiliate filed preferred. Salary is $23,000 - $34,000 depending on experience and benefits.

Job #2 The Network Administrator – Upper Cape Full Time: Plays a key role in maintaining a complex, hybrid network and computing infrastructure including both virtual machines, physical servers, and mobile devices. Network and server resources reside in the cloud (AWS and Azure), our production colo facility, and on premise at our corporate offices. Core responsibilities include identifying requirements and deploying/ upgrading infrastructure, troubleshooting, disaster recovery, monitoring network performance and supporting users. Oh And You'll Need 5+ years of experience working as a network administrator in a medium/large enterprise environment (gotta know your stuff) Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills (gotta be nice) Excellent attention to detail while balancing several concurrent projects (gotta juggle, gotta dance) The ability to handle challenging situations and respond to unplanned occurrences outside of core business hours (can't crack under pressure) Finally, you must be smart, motivated, flexible, fearless in the face of new technologies, and eager to learn and grow.
