Job #1 - Fleet Services Manager – Upper Cape Full Time: Responsibilities will include professional, supervisory, administrative and technical work in managing the Public Works fleet division: Supervises fleet service technicians, coordinates scheduling, inventory management, procurement and processes invoices; implements and manages computerized management information systems, enters and evaluates data for report generation and performs statistical analysis; performs complex diagnostic and repair work using advanced diagnostic equipment and procedures; performs vehicle/equipment repairs as necessary; learns new software and trains personnel on software applications; prepares and administers budget. Associates Degree in Business, Management or related field; specialized training in vehicle/equipment repair work; 10 years of experience in maintenance and repair of vehicles/equipment which includes 5 years of supervisory experience. Job #2 – Graphic Designer – Upper Cape Full Time: Graphic Designer to bring communication alive. This position will work with other members of the marketing department to visually convey a particular message, idea or concept. Essential Functions: Conceptualize, design and execute upon marketing, advertising and promotional campaigns, digital, video, social, print, email. Develop concepts, graphics and copy layout in adherence with CDS brand guidelines. Prepare layouts, designs, art work and formats for print reproduction. Design and execute corporate tradeshow booth structure and materials. Create PowerPoint templates and presentations on technical subject matter. Required Skills: Ability to conceptualize and think creatively. Strong knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Acrobat. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to switch gears, operate under pressure and meet deadlines. Excellent project management skills and ability to multi-task. Education/Experience: BA in a design or marketing-related field. Minimum of two years of experience.
