Job #1 – Learning Center Instructor – Mid Cape Full Time: Designs, plans, implements, facilitates and teaches group and individual Hi-Set preparation classes; monitors students’ progress and activities, uses various tutoring techniques; provides direction and guidance to students and administers, reviews and interprets test results. Requires: BA degree, at least two years relevant teaching experience and own transportation. Prefer: Ability to teach basic, intermediate and advanced academics and experience with individualized self-paced education programs. 35 hours per week. Salary: $32-35K plus great benefits. Job #2 – Maintenance Technician – Lower Cape Full Time: The Maintenance Technician position will provide support to the Maintenance Supervisor / Property Manager by ensuring that vacant units are prepared within three business days and that the maintenance requirements meets State, Federal, and Local laws by aligning HUD specifications in order to achieve a minimal of 85% points on the REAC inspection and obtaining a rating of "satisfactory" with HUD and other housing agency. Some post high school education preferred. Minimum of one year experience in property management, asset management. Basic proficiency in the use of computers including Word and Excel. Familiarity with Yardi software is a plus but not required. Knowledge of HUD regulations, forms, inspection criteria and processes.

Job #2 - Teller/Financial Services Representative - Mid Cape Full Time: The primary functions of this position include assuming the functions of the teller position, providing outstanding customer service to all existing and potential customers in person and over the phone, opening accounts, loan origination/underwriting, records management, servicing existing accounts, safe deposit access and record keeping. At least three years of experience in a combination of banking, sales and/or customer service. Some teller experience preferred. Knowledge of general banking industry regulations. High school diploma or equivalent. Additional banking courses and/or banking experience preferred. Computer literate. Ability to work flexible hours (including evenings, Saturdays and early mornings). Pay is a minimum of $15 per hour depending on experience and full benefits.
Job #3 - Accounting Assistant - Mid Cape Full Time: Seeking an energetic individual with current intermediate QuickBooks experience for AP/AR, Job Costing, and generating reports in Excel. Requires an intermediate knowledge of Excel and MS Word. Minimum 3 years of AP/AR experience preferred. Associate’s Degree and 3 years of Accounting, Accounts Payables and Receivables experience is required. Pay is $16 - $18 per hour plus benefits.
