People for Cats: Meet Danny

He's very sweet and just a bit shy...

From the compassionate folks at People for Cats:

Danny, our Cat of the Week, a shorthaired adult male with white and black patches. Danny’s previous owner wasn’t able to care for him and his mate Patrick any more, so they came to People for Cats. Patrick completed his vet work quickly and has already been adopted. Without his buddy, it is taking Danny a while longer to feel comfortable at PFC; but those volunteers who spend time with him report he is responding and likes to be petted. Danny is very sweet and a little shy. He would do well with new owners who are as calm as he. He would be the ideal apartment or retirement home cat as he has no desire to go outside and is very well litter trained. Danny is watching the door on adoption day and waiting for his soulmate to walk through and take him home.

If you would like to visit with Danny or some of our other equally lovely cats, come in to the shelter at 44 Beagle Lane in Teaticket. We are open to the public on Wednesdays from 4 to 6 p.m., Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., or call our hotline for an appointment.
