MSPCA Pet of the Week: Millie the one-eyed cat

This two-year-old kitty is ready for a wonderful life with you...
Millie lost an eye to a bad infection. She's healthy now and ready to love you! (MSPCA photo)

Millie the cat’s life has been anything but ideal—but now that she’s bunking down at the MSPCA-Cape Cod in Centerville things have turned around.  And she’s looking for love!

Millie was surrendered from a Fall River home overwhelmed with seventy-plus cats.  She had suffered an eye injury that had gone untreated so surgeons removed her right eye to avoid long-term complications.  But nothing stops this special-needs kitty!  Millie is super friendly and loves attention from people and other cats (she seems to love every cat she meets!).  Staffers would love for her to go to a home with another cat-friendly cat.  She is in wonderful health and now she just needs the perfect home.

Millie is two years old.
