Falmouth Police arrest two after restaurant brawl

From Falmouth Police:

Fight at Local Restaurant, Two Men Arrested.

On Friday, Cinco de Mayo, Police responded to the Casa Vallarta Restaurant on Davis Straits for a fight in progress. Reports indicated that the fight was between a few patrons and it continued out on to the front lawn of the establishment. Officers arrived and were able to place two of the males under arrest. Both males were heavily intoxicated and charged with Disorderly Conduct and Affray. The establishment was then cleared out by the staff.

The incident, along with any possible occupancy and liquor violations are under investigation by the Falmouth Police and the MA Alcoholic Beverages Control Commission (ABCC). 17-11392-A/AR
