Job #1 - Event Coordinator - Upper Cape Full Time: The Event Coordinator plays a key role in supporting all of the fundraising activities at Gosnold. These include annual appeals, events and on-line campaigns, and also will be responsible for internal management of all of company funding activities. The Coordinator also helps to plan, organize and execute community outreach events in conjunction with our Marketing and Prevention Departments. This is an exciting opportunity to help a mission based non-profit raise money to support many of the innovative programs for which Gosnold is known.

Job #2 - Banking Services Administrative Coordinator - Mid Cape Full Time: Provides administrative support to the SVP/Chief Banking Services Officer. Supports the operation of the department by providing a wide range of administrative functions, including travel arrangements, calendar management, reporting, project management, handling of confidential information. Coordinates and executes travel arrangements and calendar management for the CBSO. Coordinates all aspects of appointments, meetings and conference calls. Prepares, reconciles and tracks expense reports through internal system. Coordinates meetings both within Banking Services and bank-wide. Records meeting minutes. Identifies tasks as assigned to be completed at meetings and tracks receipt of deliverables. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Executive administrative and/or office management support experience highly preferred. Strong knowledge of MS Office products and the ability to quickly learn new software and applications. Must be able to work overtime as needed; including early mornings, nights and weekends.
