Job #1 - Adult Supportive Day Program Assistant - Mid Cape Full Time: To assist the Adult Supportive Day Program Coordinator with all of the activities of the day program including, but not limited to: monitoring program participants to insure safety, execution of daily activities, assistance with the serving of snacks and lunch. High school diploma with more than one year experience in working with special needs individuals in small and large group settings. Interest and experience in working with elders, familiarity with aging related issues. CPR and First Aid certified preferred. Ability to utilize good judgment, and compassion in working with impaired elder persons. Pay is $18.79 per hour and position closes June 6th.

Job #2 - Outside Sales Representative - Upper Cape Full Time: Learns how to conduct inspections to identify infestations or conditions conducive to infestations of wood destroying organisms and/or insects, birds, or other vertebrate pests for the purpose of making proposals and presentations to obtain sales contracts. Sales Representatives receive the use of a company vehicle as well as a fuel card. Attends company training programs and accompany other associates or managers during ride-alongs in order to learn job skills such as: Recording accurate measurements and writing correct descriptions of property and/or other areas inspected; Preparing appropriate specs and treating instructions in accordance with existing laws, regulations, and company policy; Calculating job treating costs from company pricing instructions; Executing contracts on behalf of the company, observing company policy pertaining to credit terms of sale.

Job #2 - Mechanical Engineer - Upper Cape Full Time: Seeking a seasoned mid-level Mechanical Engineer to join our growing development team. This position will involve engineering support for existing products, customizing equipment for new applications, and new product development. The desired applicant will possess a strong background in mechanical design as well as a working knowledge of software and electrical disciplines. Be the lead in preparing concepts and detailed electro-mechanical designs for oceanographic instruments and vehicles. Plan and prepare structural analyses using FEA software; and prepare and revise CAD drawings including parts and assemblies. BSME degree from four-year college or university (Master’s Degree Preferred); 5 years related experience and/or training in the mechanical engineering field; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Electro-mechanical system design experience. Advanced SolidWorks design experience and structural analysis (FEA). Ability to obtain Security Clearance. Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen. Salary is $80,000-$105,00 per year depending on experience and full benefits

Job #3 -Treasurer/Tax Collector - Lower Cape Full Time: Seeking a qualified individual for the municipal Treasurer/Tax Collector position. The position is responsible for overseeing the town investments, cash management, R/E, P/E, and MVE billing preparation, all revenue collection activities, and managing all town debt services. The Treasurer/Collector department takes charge of all money belonging to the town with responsibility for all cash, disbursements, investments, and debt. The department issues and collects all real estate, personal property, motor vehicle excise, boat excise, water and sewer bills, and betterments, and manages such monies using approved banking and investment systems and procedures. The position requires a bachelor's degree with a concentration on accounting or finance, and at least five years of progressively responsible experience in municipal government in the treasury and/or collector function. A municipal Treasurer and Collector certificate is desirable. Salary is $72,987.20 to $88,940.80 plus benefits and a pension.
