Job #1 - A/R Coordinator/Receptionist - Mid Cape Full Time: Manage accounts receivables collections and ensure all accounts are collected and cash is applied in a timely manner. Responsible for data entry including sales order entry and daily invoicing. Enter daily and weekly labor cards. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers. Answer multi-line phone system. Greet customers and vendors. Additional clerical duties. Assist the department with additional projects as needed. 2-3 years Accounts Receivables experience. Ability to multi-task Must be friendly, outgoing, have excellent phone etiquette and a positive attitude. Solid customer service skills. Proficient in Excel, Outlook and other Microsoft Office products. A self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job #2 - Program Clinicians - Falmouth or Orleans Full Time: To provide leadership, individual and group counseling in therapeutic setting designed to serve adults with chronic mental illness to achieve social, economic, emotional, and personal independence. Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology, counseling, rehabilitative counseling, substance abuse counseling, social work, or closely related discipline. A minimum of two years counseling experience working with chronic mentally ill adult population. LCSW, LICSW or LMHC is preferred. Bilingual, Portuguese or ASL is also a plus. Knowledge of Diagnostic & Statistical Manual (DSM) of Mental Disorders and its clinical application; knowledge and practice of well-established accepted practices and evidence based clinical intervention methods and their appropriate applications (i.e., Motivational Interviewing, CBT, and DBT).
