People for Cats: Jet and Sass

Each of these big boys weighs 18+ pounds!
Do you have room for these two gentle giants? (People for Cats photo)

Jet and Sass are stunning tuxedo domestic long hair/Maine Coon mix brothers. These 6-year olds are extra large kitties and sport fluffy gleaming black fur coats accented with white. Jet is the darker of the two and has a splash of white on his nose, a white collar and paws. In contrast, Sass has generous amounts of white on his face, underside and paws. Both boys are sweet and gentle kitties that definitely enjoy attention and interacting with the volunteers. They are also still a bit shy as they are quite new to the shelter. Jet and Sass came to PFC when their previous owner's living situation changed and she could no longer keep them. We are looking to place these boys together since they have always lived together and are quite bonded. Both of them are very large cats and could afford to loose a bit of weight. So if you would like to add two sweet gentle fluffy cats to your family why not come in and meet them.

If you would like to visit with Jet and Sass or some of our other equally lovely cats, come into the shelter at 44 Beagle Lane in Teaticket. We are open to the public on Wednesdays from 4 to 6 p.m., Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., or call our hotline for an appointment. Hotline: 508-540-5654, press #1 if you have cat related issues, questions or for further information about People For Cats, or press #2 if you need financial assistance for spay/neuter or other veterinary care for your cat.
