Job #1 – Custodian - Upper Cape Full Time: An immediate opening for a custodian. Duties include cleaning bathrooms, locker rooms, holding cells, washing and waxing floors, emptying disposal bins, shoveling snow, maintaining heating and cooling systems and painting at municipal buildings. Works in all Town buildings. Three years of experience performing custodial/maintenance work required as are the abilities to use hand and power tools, cleaning equipment, climb ladders, and operate motor vehicles and to relate cooperatively with employees and general public. Hours are 2pm -11pm.

Job #2 - Front Office Manager - Mid Cape Full Time: The Front Office Manager's primary responsibility is to drive revenue through effective management of the front desk sales team while utilizing all Opera system processes. Maximize room revenue and occupancy by reviewing status daily. Update group information daily. Maintain and be familiar with future group blocks. Attend weekly staff meetings. Scheduling, interviewing, training and on-going evaluations of all staff. Be knowledgeable of all property information and surrounding attractions and ensure the staff is trained to communicate hotel information to callers. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills. Must have previous reservations/revenue supervisory experience. Knowledge of Navis and Opera systems a plus. Ability to work varied shifts including weekend and holidays.
