Chatham Bars Inn cocktail reception for new chef Jody Adams
A large gathering at Chatham Bars Inn last evening brought together many local business leaders along with travel media.
Delicious appetizers and creative cocktails livened up the crowd.
The reception was to announce the Inn's partnering with acclaimed Boston-based James Beard award winning chef Jody Adams at Star Restaurant this summer.
Chef Adams will be working with executive chef Anthony Cole and farmer Joshua Schiff to create summer pop-up menus from fresh local Chatham seafood, the Chatham Bars Farm along with her expertise in Mediterranean cuisine.
Starting in late June, this pop-up experience will compliment the resort's daily clam bakes, full moon farm-to-table dinners, ocean side dining and hands on culinary workshops at the CBI farm.
