Job #1 - Receptionist - Upper Cape 9176964 Full Time: This Front Desk position is 8-5 Monday, 8-5 Tuesday, 1-7 Wednesday, 8-7 Thursday, 8-12 Saturday. Greet visitors, clients and patients; Register patients and notify appropriate staff of their arrival; Answer and transfer telephone calls. Schedule and confirm appointments for patients; Process patient insurance; Administrative tasks such as filing, copying and scanning; Collect payments from patients; Maintain accurate accounts and patient records; Collect updated insurance information; Collect personal data and new patient forms. Good communication and listening skills; Computer and word-processing skills; Planning and organizational skills; Ability to be discreet and maintain confidential information; Previous experience in a dental office preferred, but not required. Have a pleasant and efficient manner; Be able to multitask and work well under pressure; and be sensitive to the needs of people of all ages, cultures and lifestyles. Pay is $17-$20 per hour depending on experience with benefits.

Job #2 - Package Delivery Drivers – Mid Cape 9183224 Full Time: Package Delivery Drivers. This is a physical, fast-paced, outdoor position that involves continual lifting, lowering and carrying packages that typically weigh 25 - 35 lbs. and may weigh up to 70 lbs. A DOT physical exam is required. Package Delivery Drivers must have excellent customer contact and driving skills. Some UPS facilities may require the ability to drive a delivery vehicle with a standard (manual) transmission. Qualified applicants must have a valid driver’s license issued in the state that they live. Package Delivery Drivers are expected to comply with UPS appearance guidelines and wear the company-provided uniform. Full-time UPS employees work eight or more hours each weekday (Monday through Friday) and typically do not work on weekends or selected holidays.
