ChiChi is a friendly and sweet black and white 9 year old. She loves to be petted and head butt you. She even gives kisses to her friends! When you visit with her, she spends all her time rubbing against your legs and asking for pets. She just asks not to be picked up much, and not to have her stomach petted. ChiChi can sometimes be opinionated about the type of attention she gets, so she prefers someone who will respect her wishes in this regard.
ChiChi prefers a home as the only cat. She spent time in one of our offices, and her favorite thing to do was sit on the desk and help you with your paperwork. She also loves to plunk in a box for a snooze. She was afraid of the young kids in a past home, so she will be looking for a more mature environment. She is a pretty good size girl, and she likes a big box to match.
Like many middle age to older kitties, ChiChi's bloodwork shows evidence of early kidney disease. She does not currently need any medication or special diet, but it will be important to follow up with your vet going forward.
If you would like to meet ChiChi, please call the Brewster Animal Rescue League shelter at 508-255-1030.
