Titcomb's Bookshop Celebrates 50th Anniversary

Saturday, July 15th from 1 to 5 p.m.

Titcomb's Bookshop is celebrating 50 years in the book business, 1967 - 2017.  Everyone is invited to a party on Saturday, July 15 from 1-5pm.  Representative Randy Hunt will read a citation from Governor Charlie Baker at 1:30. Cake and lemonade will be served, and local Irish band Cat's Melodeon will be playing some tunes. Mingle with some of our favorite local authors, peruse photographs of the bookshop through the years, and add to Titcomb's Literary Rock Garden. There will be activities for children, including a story time with pre-school teacher Pam Noble at 3:30, and there will be appearances by Clifford the Big Red Dog! See what books have been popular in the last 50 years! We'll be giving away some cool stuff, and much more!

Anyone who is unable to attend the party is invited to write a favorite memory of the bookshop on their facebook page @titcombsbookshop.

Titcomb's Bookshop is located at 432 Route 6A in East Sandwich.  For further information  contact the store at 508-888-2331.
