Job #1 - Production Assistant - Upper Cape Full Time: Responsible for daily operations of the Production and Mailing Department including fulfillment and mail metering equipment operations. Function as the Production Coordinator back up. Organize projects to ensure accurate and efficient assembly and mailing. Process and print client sample and actual badges, tickets, cover and visa letters. Primary operator of the Neopost folder-inserter and mail metering machines. Perform final Inspection of completed fulfillment packages for accuracy and quality prior to metering. Attend project meetings, offer solution based recommendations and input. Pack and transport event mailing bins and flats to local post office. Ability to manage multiple priorities challenges and deadlines effectively and efficiently. Must be proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Must be able to stand for extended/long periods of time and lift 30 lbs. Education High school diploma is required. Pay is $15 - $16 per hour with benefits.
Job #2 - Marketing Assistant - Lower Cape Full Time: Performs a wide range of support activities for marketing and community relations activities including coordination, clerical and administrative duties assigned by Marketing Administration Officer. This position may involve work requiring lifting, as well as, storing and transporting of incoming freight. Provides necessary support for the Bank’s and Foundation’s public events, trade shows and in-house events. Coordinates the set-up, displays and related materials. Coordinates the procurement of all promotional premiums and employee gifts. This involves managing within budget limits, shopping via the internet, catalogs and sales representatives. Acts as bank photographer at public and in-house events. Maintains photo release file to insure all photos have proper signatures on file for use. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, and/or Business strongly preferred. At least two years of experience working in a corporate environment and/or a marketing organization. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and design experience a plus. Able to furnish own transportation to off-site locations as needed. Physically able to set up conference displays.
