Job #1 - Support Staff - Mid Cape Part Time: A residential family shelter for women recovering from substance abuse and their children has openings for day and evening support staff for residential coverage. Qualified candidates will have experience working in or interest in working in recovery focused environments and have day and weekend availability. Candidate must show they have working experience being creative, compassionate, computer literate, and detail oriented. Candidates need to be consistent and committed. This position will report to the Program Director. Position pays $13.00 per hour.

Job #2 - Financial Processing Coordinator - Upper Cape Full Time: Responsible for various procedures related to the financial aspect of registration for Trade Show Events including financial and non-financial components of registration, preparing forms for the Data Entry Department, resolving problem registrations, auditing when needed, working with the clients, and balancing daily and weekly reports. Balances registration batches, credit cards and checks processed to registration database and revenue reports. Perform audits as necessary. Maintain securities and controls necessary to ensure SSAE16 and PCI Compliance. Must have excellent organizational skills, be detailed oriented, and possess ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multi-tasking environment. Strong clerical and accounting skills essential. Effective written and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Excel, and Internet Explorer required. Industry experience is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent is required.
