Job #1 - Memory Care Assistant - Mid Cape Full Time: The Memory Care Assistant is responsible for assisting the Memory Care Director & Coordinator with implementation of all programs and ensuring that it is therapeutic to the residents and maximizes their quality of life. Provide outstanding customer service to all residents, family members, responsible persons, and visitors of residents in the community. Creative, energetic, enthusiastic, patient, flexible, encouraging, and team-oriented. Create a positive atmosphere with a variety of engaging activities. Lead activities appropriate for all levels of memory-impaired residents. An associate degree from an accredited college or university or satisfactory completion of two years of college, with major work in in social work, nursing, psychology, gerontology or therapeutic recreation or related field, or two years of full-time experience in the recreation field with an adult population may be considered. A basic understanding of Alzheimer’s and other dementia-related diseases is a must.

Job #2 - Product Support Specialist - Upper Cape Full Time: Provides responsive quality customer service and support to both internal and external customers in the area of corporate software and services including but not limited to web applications, desktop applications and mobile apps. Performs immediate analysis of issues/questions and directs the implementation of corrective action to restore function and avoid recurrence. Records all incidents while maintaining accountability and ownership until resolved. Monitors progress on problem resolution and initiates timely feedback to management and the customers. Performs customer follow-up to verify final resolution and determine satisfaction level. Responsible for creating documentation that is stored in the knowledge base for all staff to reference for troubleshooting. Maintains case history in a case management system. Four-year college degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience is required.
