Job #1 - Memory Care Assistant - Mid Cape Full Time: The Memory Care Assistant is responsible for assisting the Memory Care Director & Coordinator with implementation of all programs and ensuring that it is therapeutic to the residents and maximizes their quality of life. Provide outstanding customer service to all residents, family members, responsible persons, and visitors of residents in the community. Creative, energetic, enthusiastic, patient, flexible, encouraging, and team-oriented. Create a positive atmosphere with a variety of engaging activities. Lead activities appropriate for all levels of memory-impaired residents. An associate degree from an accredited college or university or satisfactory completion of two years of college, with major work in in social work, nursing, psychology, gerontology or therapeutic recreation or related field, or two years of full-time experience in the recreation field with an adult population may be considered. A basic understanding of Alzheimer’s and other dementia-related diseases is a must.

Job #2 - Line Cook - Lower Cape Full Time: Responsible for preparing wholesome, nutritious meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Prepare food for special diets following caloric needs. High School Diploma or GED required. One-year nutrition or cooking background preferred. A current driver’s license is required. Schedule is: Sat 8:30a-5:30p, Sun 8:30p-5:30p, Mon 6:30a – 4:30p, Tues 6:30a-2:30p. There is a weekend shift differential.

Job #1 - Administrative Assistant III - Mid Cape Full Time: Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of both the offices by maintaining calendar of cases, duty schedules, meetings, and events; opening and closing cases in all web-based case management systems; and assisting with research in addition to providing secretarial support to the Attorneys-in-Charge and to other attorneys. Prepares statistical reports. Performs various administrative functions such as ordering supplies and equipment. Manages front desk including all receptionist responsibilities as needed. Previous Executive level administrative assistant experience; Excellent communication skills; Ability to establish effective working relationships and work as a team member of the unit; Strict adherence to confidentiality; Strong PC skills with proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Windows; Typing skill of 50-60 WPM; Notary Public, or willingness to pursue commission. Bilingual skills are a plus. Salary is $41,050 to $68,456.92 per year depending on experience and full benefits. Position closes 7/24/2017.

Job #2 - Estimator - Engineered Wood Products - Mid Cape Full Time: Responsible for residential and commercial take-offs for wood construction. Analyze and interpret blueprints, and construction drawings; utilize specialized software to complete a material list and quote for plans, specializing in Engineered Wood Products. Coordinate with Purchasing and Vendors to order special order and stock EWP products. Computer proficiency; intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills; ability to Lift 20 lbs and to Sit/Stand 8 hrs. day. 2 years of experience in estimating or relevant work history. Must be over 18 years of age and achieved a GED or High School diploma. Pay is 19.00 to $26.00 per hour with commission potential and full benefits.

Job #3 - Custodian - Wareham Part-Time: Maintenance person wanted for a self-storage facility in Wareham, MA. Duties include building and grounds cleaning on a weekly basis and minor building repairs such as adjusting doors, lubrication of doors. General handy man tasks. 10 to 15 hours per week. Pay is $12-$15 per hour depending on experience.
