Job #1 - Visitor Services Manager - Upper Cape Full Time: This position is responsible for attaining annual revenue goals for retail, admissions, and group sales, and for providing visitors with a great experience. Successful candidate is as adept at creating and executing a profitable annual merchandise plan as in convincing every adult and youth group with a 100-mile radius to visit Heritage. Manages the day-to-day operations of the museum store, ticket sales and group visits. Develops unique store products based on Heritage exhibits and programs, works with Visitor Engagement staff to provide input on new group educational experiences, models excellent visitor service standards for staff. Hires, trains, schedules and coaches ticket desk and retail staff. Responsible for maintaining appropriate inventory levels, managing shrinkage, overseeing visual merchandizing, scouting out new products, negotiating prices. Works with Facilities and Visitor Engagement staff to provide information on daily group visits, designs approaches for professionally managing high volume visitor days. Recommends operational procedures and policies. Successful candidate has 4+ demonstrated years of experience in similar capacity, museum experience a plus, is a born sales person, is hyper-detail oriented, and understands museum retail and the group tour world. Job #2 - Medical Receptionist - Mid Cape Full Time: Patient-focused, professional, upbeat team players needed at the dynamic Physicians Practice to be the "Face of our Practice" when our patients arrive, and who can tend to patient needs when they check out. The qualities that will set a candidate apart are: enthusiasm, excellent customer service skills, compassion, being a patient advocate at all times, volunteerism in the community and excellent computer skills.
