Job #1 - Instructor of Performing Arts and Wellness - Lower Cape Full Time: Teach extracurricular activities such as drama, dance, music, voice, musical instruments, art, yoga and mindfulness. Accommodate and modify the curriculum to meet the needs of our individuals. Organize special events to showcase class projects and expose students to performing arts inside our facility and within the community. Requirements include experience teaching, modifying and adapting curriculum to individuals with special needs in performing arts and wellness activities. The ability to role model skills in areas such as voice, dance, drama and various physical wellness activities such as yoga. Bachelor/Masters in Education and/or related certifications are preferred. The ability to handle children in crisis safely, with compassion. MA driver’s license required. Salary is $38,980 and full benefits.

Job #2 - Child Care Staff – Upper Cape Part-Time: The Town of Mashpee Recreation Department seeks applicants for the 2017-2018 school year Extended Day Child Care Program. We are seeking Assistant Group Leaders ($11.35/hr.) - must be at least 16 years of age. Group Leaders ($13.82/hr.) must be at least 18 years of age and Site Coordinators ($17.94) must be at least 20 years of age for part time positions (up to 19 hours per week), Monday through Friday, 7:00am -8:30am and/or 2:00pm - 5:30pm. Seeking Substitutes for each position as well. Must pass C.O.R.I. Background check. Positions available until filled.
