Job #1 - Assistant Residential Manager - Lower Cape Full Time: Assist Residential manager in providing on-site support and monitoring of all policies and procedures related to direct care services to individuals. Ensure a positive, healthy and safe living and working environment for the individuals. Develop positive relationships with the individuals supported. Maintain active communication and cooperation with residential manager, staff members, families, neighbors and the professional community. Directly responsible to the Residential Manager. Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education or related field; or equivalent experience preferred. Some supervisory and/or program development experience a plus. Must exhibit ambulatory ability sufficient to physically intervene in instances of extreme behavior that might jeopardize the safety of individuals and staff. MA driver’s license required.

Job #2 - Scheduler/Administrative Assistant - Mid Cape Full Time: Support local non-profit's retail operations providing general clerical and admin support to the Store Manager, including busy phones, scheduling merchandise pick-ups, assisting with customer service, setting up driver's route, cash register, opening & closing. Must possess exceptional customer service skills, be organized and proficient in technology and social media, have a positive attitude and work well with others. Knowledge of Cape Cod area helpful. FT, Tues-Sat, competitive wage/benefits including vacation/health/401(k).
