Wish Gift Co. of Sandwich will be opening their second Cape Cod location at Mashpee Commons this Friday, August 4th at 5PM. Featuring a selection of independently made and fair trade items, Wish Gift Co. opened their first location at Merchant’s Square in Sandwich last year. “We are excited to become the newest member of the Mashpee Commons family,” said Founder and Curator Penny Sampson.  “Our beautiful new store will offer added convenience for our customers including extended operating hours, and a variety of new products.”  Wish Gift Co. was recently awarded Best of Cape Cod by Cape Cod Magazine.

Wish Gift Co. carries handmade, fair trade items sourced from an exclusive variety of domestic and international suppliers.  Their selection includes jewelry, gourmet foods, handwoven baskets, greeting cards, bath & body products, and more.  Wish Gift Co.'s products can be assembled in a personalized wooden box for hand delivery or shipped directly to the recipient from the store.  They create the perfect item for a friend, loved one, or corporate gift and provide something special for occasions including baby showers, birthdays, and weddings.  The store and concept are the result of Sampson’s unique talent for finding the perfect present and her mission to support artisans and small makers.

The Mashpee Commons location is located at 26 North Street, Mashpee adjacent to Starbucks and L.L. Bean.  The store can be reached by calling (888) 978-WISH and will be open Monday through Friday 10AM-8PM and Sunday 11AM-5PM.

Wish Gift Co. is owned by local residents Penny and David J. Sampson of Sandwich.
