Eastham Police Traffic Advisory: Pan Mass Challenge

Expect traffic delays on Sunday, August 6th

From Eastham Police Chief Edward Kulhawik:

On Sunday August 6th, 2017 from 8:00 am until approximately 11:30 am, Bike Riders will be traveling through Eastham as part of the annual PAN MASS CHALLENGE bike Ride.

The riders enter Eastham via Bridge Rd. and travel down to Herring Brook Rd. where they cross over Massasoit Rd. and then onto Oak Rd. where they enter Rt. 6.  One lane will be closed northbound at that intersection and will remain closed down to Nauset Rd.  Riders will enter the Cape Cod Rail Trail at Nauset and Railroad Ave. and then continue to Provincetown where the event concludes.

Police Officers will be assigned along the route but motorists are asked to be conscious of the riders and to expect delays from Brackett Rd. Northbound.  This is the 38th year of this Charity Ride where funds are raised for the Dana Farber Cancer institute for cancer research.
