Job #2 - Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist - Mid Cape Full Time: Responsible for performing professional work in program development and implementation for the Community Based Day Supports and Supported Employment programs. This will include consulting with a team to ensure specialized, person-entered job placements for individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. Specific responsibilities also include supervision of assigned vocational staff, evaluating individuals’ work capacities, consulting on assistive technology services that will facilitate successful community employment options. Master’s degree in rehabilitation counseling, vocational evaluation, vocational rehabilitation: OR a master’s degree in any subject and one year of professional experience in counseling, job placement, vocational evaluation or rehabilitation. Minimum 5 years’ prior experience working with adults with disabilities including conducting assessments, performing community outreach and managing job placements. Valid driver’s license in the state of Massachusetts. Ability to teach and model occupational tasks.

Job #2 - Business Office & Payroll Manager - Upper Cape Full Time: The Business Office & Payroll Manager is responsible for overseeing the administrative functions of the facility. In addition to overseeing the weekly payroll for all staff, this role is responsible for coordinating the Business Office, including verifying admissions and payer source. Additionally, this role will work with hiring managers to ensure that all pre-hire paperwork (CORI, reference check, nurse registry) and new hire paperwork (including eVerify) are completed. Working with our corporate human resources team and the facility leadership, this position is responsible for the HR compliance and communication for all facility staff. Qualified candidates must have previous experience in a business office or payroll role in a long-term care or assisted living facility. Previous experience with payroll software (Evolution/Symphony) and/or Matrix is preferred.
