People for Cats: Meet Georgia

Young, petite and sweet !
Georgia is a sweet, young spayed female (PFC photo)

People for Cats' Cat of the Week is Georgia, a young brown and black tabby cat with large round eyes. She came to us as a found kitty and at times she looks a little startled as if to say, “What am I doing here?” We expect that will change once she finds her “furever home”. She is petite and trim without being skinny and is friendly with the volunteers. Their comments about Georgia range from “sweet” to “great cat”.  Georgia is about one and a half years old and would make a good pet for a family with older children. At this time, we don’t know if she gets along with dogs, but she is a kitty that knows what she’s about and does not like other cats! Georgia has all her shots, is spayed and is ready to find a new home. Come in and meet her and see if she is the kitty for your family

To visit with the Georgia or some of our other equally lovely cats, visit the shelter at 44 Beagle Lane in Teaticket. We are open to the public on Wednesdays from 4 to 6 p.m., Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., or call our hotline for an appointment. Hotline: 508-540-5654, press #1 if you have cat related issues, questions or for further information about People For Cats, or press #2 if you need financial assistance or veterinary care for your cat.
