Chatham Bars Inn guest chef Chris Chris Parsons gave a cooking demonstration of a couple of the meals he served at the farm to table dinner including the grilled oysters with chorizo butter and the striped bass with olives, fennel, lemon and tomatoes.

About 20 guests attended.  When class was over they all enjoyed the result of Chef Parsons' demonstration.

New to the Inn this year is their cooking school.

Every Tuesday's class is Handmade Pasta, offering the opportunity to make handmade fresh pasta and prepare vibrant, unprocessed sauces with fresh vegetables from their Brewster farm. $75 per person

On Wednesdays it's Lobster 101.  This class shows you how to cook a lobster three different ways, crack them  and make a variety of dishes including lobster rolls. $85 per person

Thursdays is Connecting Made Easy. Learn to create dishes to impress anyone, including friends and family. Participants will learn how to prepare a variety of social foods including Hors d'oeuvres and an elegant raw bar display to pair with cocktails.  $75.
